Natasha has exceeded over 8000 teaching hours since completing her yoga training and apprenticing in 2003. She began training aspiring yoga teachers in functional anatomy for one of Toronto’s leading studios and independent practitioners from 2012-2016. Her instruction provides authentic balance, safety and sustainability in anyone’s passion whether it be yoga, running, golf, etc. With an enthusiasm and a trained eye for assessing bodies in motion, she began focusing on injury prevention and rehabilitation. Whether she is working with a high level athlete or someone new to fitness, she is able to challenge her clients while having fun. Natasha is certified as a Functional Conditioning Mobility Specialist and is working towards an advanced certification in assessment techniques as well her Kinstretch certification. Natasha also has experience teaching pre/postnatal movement and was a Birth Doula in Toronto before moving to Bowen in 2014. She is part of the Bowen Birth Collective as well as an self-care advocate for women.
